THE HOLIDAY HOMES are all heated with energy efficient gas central heating and very well equipped.

The lovely brick floored kitchens are fully fitted with:

  • electric cooker,
  • fridge freezer,
  • microwave,
  • kettle & toaster,
  • iron & ironing board,
  • as well as a full range of cooking utensils, cutlery & crockery.
Each one of the Lets has a separate seated dining area and a cosy sitting room with colour TV with DVD. The bedrooms all have 5 ft double beds (or two singles - 2'6" children sized, if preferred) and beautiful, tranquil views. The bathrooms all have heated towel rails, and shower units over the bath (except the en-suite, which has a shower unit).

Bed linen, towels and duvets are provided and all gas and electricity is included in the rent.

There is parking on the premises and each unit has direct access to the grassed area under the willow tree beside the stream where there is garden furniture and a barbeque for the sunny weather! The Hay Barn has its own additional garden area.

The old pig sty has been made into a laundry room with washing machine and drier.

Prices for full weeks range from £245 to £565 per week.

The Stable
This cosy, but not small, middle barn was once a stable for working horses; the oak horse bridle storage brackets are still in place. The entrance from the drive leads into the open plan Kitchen and sitting room.

A central staircase leads to a good size double bedroom, with a view through the old hay loft door out onto the stream.

The bedroom has a 5 foot double bed, or two 2'6" singles if preferred. Bathroom/w.c with shower above bath.

The Cow Byre
Entrance from the drive into an open plan Kitchen and sitting room area with many of the original barn features restored including the brick kitchen floor and massive oak beams.

A central staircase leads to a Bathroom/w.c with shower above bath and 2 double bedrooms with a wealth of exposed beams one with a 5 foot double bed and the second with two 3' singles.

The bedrooms look out onto the stream or over the hills at the back.

The Hay Barn
Overlooking the stream or across the lane onto two thatched cottages, this is the largest of the three barns.

Entrance from the drive is onto the very spacious open plan Kitchen and living room area with french windows at the back leading to a private stone walled garden area.

Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms (one with en suite w.c., hand basin and shower), with 5 feet double beds, or two 2'6" singles if preferred, bathroom/w.c with shower above bath.

Exposed beams throughout.

The Pig Sty
The old pig sty has been converted into a spacious utility room for use by all the holiday lets. It has both washing and tumble-drying facilities that can be used at no extra charge.
